Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older. Minors are not permitted.
Accounts
3.1. Registration: You may register an account to access certain features. Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
3.2. Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify immediately if credentials are compromised.
User Content
4.1. Types: Users may submit or upload images and videos.
4.2. License Grant: You grant Sigma Phi Zeta Alumni Association LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and distribute uploaded content on the website and in marketing to site users. You retain ownership.
4.3. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your submissions. Content must not violate Third-Party rights.
Donations
Donations are voluntary. No membership fees are required. Donations do not confer any special rights beyond supporting the nonprofit.
Prohibited Conduct
6.1. No hate speech or discriminatory content.
6.2. No illegal activities or content encouraging those activities.
6.3. No attempts to bypass security or disrupt site operations.
Suspension and Termination
7.1. The site may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations of these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately.

Sigma Phi Zeta Alumni Association LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted with a clear “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users should review the Terms periodically.
